These regulations require that the kitchen tap should not cause waste, missue, undue consumption or contamination of the connected water supply. It is also a requirement that the product should be of an appropriate standard and quality.
WRAS Product Approval means the entire product has undergone mechanical and water quality testing. This type of (WRAS) approval fully demonstrates compliance with requirements of the regulations and byelaws. However, this approval for your pull out kitchen tap is also based on the assumption that it is installed according to any conditions given with the approval.
