Who are we?

Established in 1999, we have become the Country’s leading online suppliers of quality kitchen and Bathroom sinks, taps and accessories. Our website attracts around 750,000 actual visitors a year and we sell in excess of £7million worth of Sinks, taps, Appliances and accessories to customers all over the UK.
Many of our orders come from repeat customers, recommendations and referrals. We supply individual customers, Kitchen fitters, kitchen Companies, builders, larger developers and many, many others.

What makes us different?

Unlike the majority of Internet retailers we actually handle all our products. Over 6000 products are available online and the majority of those are kept on the shelf for immediate dispatch. Our own warehouse staff pick your order, open every single product and inspect it carefully for any minor faults or damage. Once passed, your complete order is then forwarded to our dispatch department where your order is carefully packed ready for delivery.

We add additional protective packaging and in most cases the product is ‘double boxed’ to ensure it is delivered undamaged. As a Company we suffer from extremely low damage in transit and also minimal picking errors as every product undergoes our rigorous inspection process.

How do we deliver your Goods?

For smaller items such as taps, stainless sinks and accessories we use a number of major carrier Companies. All items are double boxed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Using this service we can cover the whole of the UK very quickly and efficiently.

For Larger items, such as ceramic sinks, Belfast sinks, Appliances and Bathroom suites we use our very own National Delivery Service. Unique to sinks-taps.com we cover the whole of the UK Mainland. Our vehicles are driven by our own fully trained, polite and courteous drivers. We will book your delivery with you and even give an approx time for delivery. If required, the drivers are able to call you en-route so you may not have to take a day off work just to accept the delivery! Once the delivery arrives, all products are opened and inspected by the driver with you. This ensures you are fully satisfied the correct products have been delivered and they are in perfect condition.
