We have our own team of dedicated Sales and Technical Advisors on hand to take calls. We undertake regular training programs with all our manufacturers to ensure we give out up to date information. Stock Holding and Automated Order System

Our warehouse facility is on site and staffed by our own employees. No agency staff and no temporary staff. We can hold thousands of products in our warehouse at any one time. Our bespoke ordering/admin system keeps our orders running smoothly and efficiently 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All products leaving our warehouse are individually bar coded.

Goods Inspection Process

Every product is opened, inspected and cleaned if necessary to ensure it is in perfect condition and has no missing or damaged parts. We believe this level of attention is unique to Sinks-Taps.com and confirms our commitment to total customer satisfaction.

Goods dispatch and Packaging Process

Following inspection, each order is then repacked into our own branded packaging, ready for transit. Additional protection such as Bubble Wrap, Cardboard and protective Polystyrene can be used to ensure safe transit to the customers door.

The Environment

When you receive your parcel you will more than likely find recycled cardboard inside. We have a recycling program in place to minimise the amount of wasteful materials we use in packaging. We even encourage staff to bring in material from home that can be recycled.

After-sales Services

However well we believe we look after customers and provide a high level of customer satisfaction we are inevitably going to need to provide some after-sales care and advice. Our Customer Services department is easy to contact and is staffed by dedicated and trained staff. However, as proof of our high standards we adequately handle over £4million Sales with just three members of staff in this department.

Home Delivery Service

Large, bulky and fragile items such as Ceramic sinks, Glass basins and Granite sinks are delivered to your door by our specialist delivery service. We pre-arrange a convenient day and approx time for your delivery. The Driver will deliver the items to your door and request you inspect the product before accepting the delivery. In the unlikely event the product has been damaged in some way during transit, you simply refuse the item and we re-deliver as quickly as possible.
