Thank you for my delivery. I cannot stress how fantastic your customer service/delivery exceeded all my expectations. Ordered the sink mid afternoon, received a phone call within half an hour saying it could be delivered the next day between 1.00 - 4.00pm if that was acceptable. I was expecting to have to wait the 7-10 days as per the website details so was astounded to say the least by this service. It was also fabulous to be given a time slot rather than all day as most companies seem to operate to these days which can mean and entire wasted day waiting in.
 
The delivery duly arrived at 1.30pm where the delivery man (Ben, really nice cheerful, helpful chap) brought the item into the kitchen unwarpped it all for me to inspect the sink for any marks etc. He then cleaned off the marks that were on the top till I was satisfied with the results. He then reboxed and it and asked if I would like it moved to somewhere else before he left. An offer I declined. He is a credit to your company.

All in all an excellent experience using your company and would recommend you without any hesitation and in fact I have since ordered some accessories from you.

I was given a delivery window of a few hours (most companies just advise morning or afternoon) when the driver was running behind I was called in advance by your office to advise, the driver called again an hour later to give me an estimated delivery time. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful from placing the order, through the call to arrange delivery to the delivery driver (Ben) who called ahead to give me an arrival time and then was slightly early meaning that I only had to leave the office for 1/2 an hour. Having placed my order, I was able to track the order and when it seamed to have stopped in the process I was able to talk to staff whom assured me of sorting it out and get it on it's way. Delivery was estimated as Tuesday/Wednesday the following week, it was then updated as possible Thursday/Friday, but all the stops were pulled out and my goods were delivered early i.e. on the Monday. The delivery time was estimated between 4pm to 8pm to my work place and expecting the later delivery time but again the service was excellent of deliver at 6.20pm.I would your services again and recommend you to friends.

Ordering online was easy - only grumble would be that I would like to see bigger pictures - even the enlarged version was too small and I had to go to the Carron Pheonix site to actually have a better look at the products you have on offer. A finer search - for instance I just wanted to see Carron Pheonix granite sinks. Other than that it's a great site

Post order contact - I was telephoned by your customer services department but missed the call by seconds so called the number back instantly. The girl I spoke to said no-one had phoned me and she couldn't help! Whilst on the phone a voicemail came through on my mobile so I listened to it and said Simon had phoned at which point she put be through to Simon. The service from Simon was excellent he was extremely helpful and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He said he would ask the driver to call me half an hour before delivery so I could leave my work and be at home for the driver.

Delviery - no phone call!! Luckily my husband had just got in as the driver arrived otherwise there would have been no-one there to take delivery. He said the instruction to phone was on the second page and that's how he had missed it. It might be an idea to put this on the first page for future??

The actual delivery guy was really good and gave really good service and thoroughly checked out the delivery with my husband prior to leaving so full marks there. Many delivery drivers are only too keen to dump and run and even when they are supposed to inspect with recipient, they don't.

All in all a brilliant experience and you have a company to be proud of - oh and the thing that took me there in the first place was of course the price, backed up by some reviews I found before making my final decision.

Why am I telling you all this - well because I work in a public service dealing with web and intranet so a good service and vital feedback is important to me so hope you appreciate mine.

We checked thru - the sink and the tap, and a bag of odds and bits to do with sink!!! only trouble is i am not a plumber and do not know if everything is in the bag, devils advocate. So fingers crossed my handyman can do this without costing me anymore. So a slight criticism of the website final order stage, to clarify that situation. A very efficient service from start to finish.  Ordering was simple and it was nice to include a human element  by telephoning to confirm receipt of the order (my only criticism would be that additional costs were not mentioned on the website about hole cutting for taps). Would like to give feedback about thr driver. He called to say would be with me within the hour and he was. He was very chirpy, helpful and opened and inspected all the products with me and then asked where i would like the items stored which he very kinldy did.   Nothing would have been too much trouble for this driver - he even asked if he needed to take his shoes off before he came inside - not many people do that  nowadays.   The sink and taps i bought were at the most competetive price on your webiste and came with free accessories, so all in all a very good purchase for me. The people I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and gave realistic expectations for when my sink would be delivered (unlike a certain orange and white store which I will not mention!). Thank you very much for a first class service from the first point of contact with Chris Curlis at the Leeds Trade Counter. I needed advice on aspects of my choice of purchases and he demonstrated good product knowledge and added value in ascertaining product available from the suppliers. One of the products (filter tap) I was interested in was not readily available from the supplier (Carron Phoenix) owing to manufacturing delays and Chris's product knowledge allowed him to help me select an alternative supplier's product which will do the same job. Sorting all of that out for me and securing a delivery date to meet my needs I left feeling very satisfied with the customer service. But then, it didn't stop there ... when I got home last night there was a message on my answering machine to advise me the products had all arrived and were ready for delivery today (Friday 19th) - ahead of schedule and sure enough, as advised, this morning at 7:00am your driver arrived at my door and made a very professional delivery, ensuring we went through every item together and checked it thoroughly. So, I'm a very happy customer and will have absolutely no hesitation in using the company in the future and I'll also recommend you to my friends. Well done, all round! Not being an expert in Gas hobs,I believe the parts that accompanied the hob were all that were requiredto accompany the hob, installation will not be for another three weeks.I though the service from KAD was good. I liked in particular the calllast week identifying the day of arrival and then the call from thedelivery giving notice to say they were on their way checking addressetc.Based on the price saving due to factors such as VAT, I think KAD shouldadvertise more in Ireland.

The delivery driver brought the item right into the house and opened the box for me. Together we inspected the sink and all the attachments and pronounced it in perfect condition. I placed my order on 4.1.09, you posted on 6.1.09 and I received the goods at lunchtime on 7.1.09 via City Link.This is in comparison to one of your competitors, Alaris KBB Ltd, who's website allowed me to order at the wrong price and then after E Mails and 3 phone calls could not even tell me the status of my order. My Order was acknowledged immediately.  You informed me that delivery was expected to be  the week commencing 5th January and this was OK with me.   My Carpenter then told me that he would need the sink by 8th January and on the 5th January I telephoned you and explained this. The lady I spoke to , said that she would make a telephone call to the supplier and then would 'phone me back.  Later that day , as promised, I received the call and was told that you would get delivery the following day (6th) and that after an Inspection and assuming the product passed your inspection that it would be delivered to me on Thursday (8th).  I received a confirmation call from the same lady on 7th ( I was pleasantly surprised and thanked her for her call) .  On the 8th I received a telephone call from your Driver ( a very friendly and pleasant gentleman) to confirm the time he would be delivering and I then explained to him that I couldn't get home but that my Carpenter would do the checking and receive it on my behalf.   After delivering the sink the gentleman phoned me back to confirm that the item had been checked and delivered.  I must say that I cannot fault the service I have received from you and I would definately recommend your company as you reassured me and dealt with my order impeccably.  Thankyou very much

Great service, very professional driver (phoned ahead and arrived bang ontime).  With a view to the ceramic sink, if I had known how long it wouldtake to put the hole in for the tap, I would have paid the £30 to get youguys to do it for me.  I achieved a very round, good hole but it took 2.5hrs to achieve with a hammer and a punch (although it was my first one).  Itmay be worth putting something on the website to explain how long it takes.Thanks again

I just wanted to take a minute or two to express my thanks to your showroom staff in Leeds and Wakefield. We visited the Leeds showroom on Saturday, and the young lady there was very knowledgeable and helpful. When it soon became clear that we really needed to see a range of taps and sinks she was happy to show us samples, pass on brochures and advised us to visit the Wakefield showroom. A while later we were being attended to by a friendly and attentive gentleman in Unit 22, Wakefield. At no time were we put under pressure, and your representatives couldn't have been more helpful. We even had the assistance of one of the fitters [I think] when we needed to know about a pre-punched tap-hole.
