Service was great. On the phone friendly yet very efficient. Quick del and the 3hr delivery spot is a brilliant service so not having to wait in all day. The driver, Phil, again was friendly, easy going and very helpful - when putting a face to a company when all dealings are electronic he is a good representative.

Our Belfast sink was delivered yesterday, 23rd August. Your driver Chris was very helpful - 1. he phoned me with an estimated time of arrival; 2. a HGV was blocking the end of our road so he had to park his van some distance from the house and wheel the sink the rest of the way on a trolley, which he did without wasting time; 3, he kindly brought the sink to the place where I wanted to store it. All done in a very friendly and professional manner.

Positive, been given a small window for delivery is very good and helpful. Positive, your delivery driver ringing and saying he was 10 mins away is fine.

The service from sinks-taps.com was first class right from placing the order right up to delivery,the phone call indicating when delivery was to be made and asking for delivery instructions were carried out to the letter and bang on time, the driver delivered right to my door,opened the box we both inspected the box to examine the contents to see that goods were in perfect condition,which they were, i signed ,dated and timed the delivery note and the driver was on his way again all in the space of ten minutes

Delivery arrived exactly when predicted, and driver found the house with one short phone call, which is unusual and he is to be complimented.  He was also courteous, friendly and efficient. The 2 support calls made to me were also efficient and appreciated, especially the one checking if I had missed the plumbing kit (I am replacing a sink, so did not need it). Sorry for my delay in writing to you but wanted to say what excellent service you provided from talking on the telephone to your staff right up to the delivery. It makes a refreshing change to be able to writ a letter of thanks as the service which you generally receive from companies is all too often lacking in some respect. Your telephone staff were so helpful and obliging and the delivery was exactly as you said it would be in the time window you stated. The driver was a very polite chap and I said to him how rarely, you are give a delivery time by people, they expect you to wait in sometimes from 8am to 6pm, totally unreasonable to expect people to do this and they will often not even give you a simple am or pm. I was also impressed that you check the goods with the driver before he leaves, again this makes perfect sense, for both parties.

My granite sink arrived last Monday as promised, delivery window of 3 hours made it very easy to arrange.  The chap who delivered, unpacked and checked the sink with me was very kind and helpful, and also the man who called to arrange the delivery slot. In response to your email, I should like to say that I am very pleased, delighted in fact, for your supply and delivery of my new sink.

All I had to go on when looking for a replacement for my broken sink, were the words Carron Phoenix on the drainer and the measurements. I Googled C-P and found several suppliers but your price was very attractive. You quoted a delivery charge of £4.99p which seemed very reasonable. Your website gave me all the details I wanted although I was surprised to find that my old sink in Champagne was one of a series called 'granite'. The web page also listed all the accessories that we could want. Stainless was our choice as the old sink came with plastic-coated wire baskets which have failed and left rust stains on the sink.

I phoned your office and was told that the sink unit in Oatmeal was available, having seen all the colours on the C-P website. I was disappointed that the delivery charge was now a further £30 for Cornwall and thought of looking elsewhere. However, the assistant that I spoke to initially was very helpful and courteous and said that an early delivery was possible. I rang again to find your phones busy and left my name and phone number. Shortly afterwards, a young lady called me back about the order. She too was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and I was sufficiently confident to place the order.

Further phone calls confirmed, surprisingly, that an early delivery within a few days was possible. Later, a further call informed me that the s/s plate rack for the ½ sink was damaged and could not be included in the delivery. I was quoted a second delivery charge for this item but thought that was unfair and after negotiation, was told there would be no delivery charge and in the event, the plate rack arrived later on the day of delivery of the sink. Many thanks for that.

The delivery time agreed of 6.45am seemed unusual, but we are up by then as the dog regularly wakes us up even earlier! The driver Paul? arrived promptly at 6.45am with the sink. He opened the box very carefully and explained all I needed to know. He is a very good representative of your firm. Efficient, courteous, smart- he immediately gives a very good impression.

So there it is. We are really impressed by the care and quality that has gone into this transaction. I now feel that the delivery charge has been value for money with such a personal service. I hope that we will not need
a further replacement, but would unhesitatingly come back to you as I would also recommend you to my friends.

We can't thank you enough for your prompt, efficient service. To put it into context, on 24th April we ordered a sink from Homebase on a promise of 7-10 days delivery. Over 3 weeks later, our enquiry as to its whereabouts was met by the response that it 'should' be 'in store' next week - a further minimum of 10 days! Not surprisingly we cancelled the order. We are still somewhat apprehensive about on line shopping but decided to do some browsing and quickly found your site (it says what it does on the tin!) which we found clear, informative and easy to use. There we saw just what we wanted, at a considerable saving from the identical model available from another high street outlet, and decided to order that evening. The following morning we received two telephone calls from you - the first to confirm that we had ordered everything that we required to complete our job and the second to advise delivery the following day between 9 and 12. We were very impressed by this and even more impressed when, at about 10.45 the van pulled up outside and the sink was delivered, unpacked and inspected. The delivery man was very helpful with one or two tips and suggestions that might assist us when he realised it was a DIY job. Just over 36 hours from order to delivery! Thank you for my delivery. I cannot stress how fantastic your customer service/delivery exceeded all my expectations. Ordered the sink mid afternoon, received a phone call within half an hour saying it could be delivered the next day between 1.00 - 4.00pm if that was acceptable. I was expecting to have to wait the 7-10 days as per the website details so was astounded to say the least by this service. It was also fabulous to be given a time slot rather than all day as most companies seem to operate to these days which can mean and entire wasted day waiting in.
 
The delivery duly arrived at 1.30pm where the delivery man (Ben, really nice cheerful, helpful chap) brought the item into the kitchen unwarpped it all for me to inspect the sink for any marks etc. He then cleaned off the marks that were on the top till I was satisfied with the results. He then reboxed and it and asked if I would like it moved to somewhere else before he left. An offer I declined. He is a credit to your company.

I was kept informed of actual delivery dates etc from Simon; it was difficult for him to be able to keep in contact with us as regards delivery as we were out of the country over the Christmas and New Year period. Mike our actural delivery driver although he suffered a breakdown in the horrendous weather kept us informed every step of the way as to when he could actually be with us to deliver the goods. Mike was very pleasant and cheerfull and opened every package to inspect that everything was there and that nothing was damaged on delivery. He did a grand job so a big thank you to mike. Having placed my order, I was able to track the order and when it seamed to have stopped in the process I was able to talk to staff whom assured me of sorting it out and get it on it's way. Delivery was estimated as Tuesday/Wednesday the following week, it was then updated as possible Thursday/Friday, but all the stops were pulled out and my goods were delivered early i.e. on the Monday. The delivery time was estimated between 4pm to 8pm to my work place and expecting the later delivery time but again the service was excellent of deliver at 6.20pm.I would your services again and recommend you to friends.

I placed my order on Tues 17th Nov at 11.30pm, recd a telephone call on Wed 18th Nov at 11.40am to arrange delivery. The sink was delivered at 1.15pm today. What more could I ask for. Ordering online was easy - only grumble would be that I would like to see bigger pictures - even the enlarged version was too small and I had to go to the Carron Pheonix site to actually have a better look at the products you have on offer. A finer search - for instance I just wanted to see Carron Pheonix granite sinks. Other than that it's a great site

Post order contact - I was telephoned by your customer services department but missed the call by seconds so called the number back instantly. The girl I spoke to said no-one had phoned me and she couldn't help! Whilst on the phone a voicemail came through on my mobile so I listened to it and said Simon had phoned at which point she put be through to Simon. The service from Simon was excellent he was extremely helpful and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He said he would ask the driver to call me half an hour before delivery so I could leave my work and be at home for the driver.

Delviery - no phone call!! Luckily my husband had just got in as the driver arrived otherwise there would have been no-one there to take delivery. He said the instruction to phone was on the second page and that's how he had missed it. It might be an idea to put this on the first page for future??

The actual delivery guy was really good and gave really good service and thoroughly checked out the delivery with my husband prior to leaving so full marks there. Many delivery drivers are only too keen to dump and run and even when they are supposed to inspect with recipient, they don't.

All in all a brilliant experience and you have a company to be proud of - oh and the thing that took me there in the first place was of course the price, backed up by some reviews I found before making my final decision.

Also i didnt realise on the website when ordering that i should have requested for the tap hole to be done, i thought it would be done when selected a left hand drainer. So fingers crossed my handyman can do this without costing me anymore. So a slight criticism of the website final order stage, to clarify that situation. But otherwise a very good service from all concerned. Praise be where praise due.

A very efficient service from start to finish.  Ordering was simple and it was nice to include a human element  by telephoning to confirm receipt of the order (my only criticism would be that additional costs were not mentioned on the website about hole cutting for taps). Thank you very much for a first class service from the first point of contact with Chris Curlis at the Leeds Trade Counter. I needed advice on aspects of my choice of purchases and he demonstrated good product knowledge and added value in ascertaining product available from the suppliers. One of the products (filter tap) I was interested in was not readily available from the supplier (Carron Phoenix) owing to manufacturing delays and Chris's product knowledge allowed him to help me select an alternative supplier's product which will do the same job. Sorting all of that out for me and securing a delivery date to meet my needs I left feeling very satisfied with the customer service. But then, it didn't stop there ... when I got home last night there was a message on my answering machine to advise me the products had all arrived and were ready for delivery today (Friday 19th) - ahead of schedule and sure enough, as advised, this morning at 7:00am your driver arrived at my door and made a very professional delivery, ensuring we went through every item together and checked it thoroughly. Thank you for your email. The sink arrived on 21st, at 9am, right in the middle of the two-hour time slot I was given. The delivery driver brought the item right into the house and opened the box for me. Together we inspected the sink and all the attachments and pronounced it in perfect condition.
