I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with your service. I was quite anxious spending alot of money on the internet and not being able to deal with you face to face. But I really needn't have worried, had I ? You were swift with the follow up phone call (very pleasant friendly man,it has to be said),and you actually delivered when you said you would...which believe me, is very rare these days. The delivery driver was an absolute gentleman. He opened the box up for me and checked that we were happy with it, then packed it up again, without any fuss at all. He wasn't pushy and didnt rush us at all. You could see that his main concern was that the product was perfect and that we were happy. I really cannot fault anything at all. The only other company that I have ever known to be as careful and professional as you were M&S delivery guys delivering my furniture. We have had so many disasters with companies such as MFI, and Next, to name a few.....but it is always important, I think, to hear the positives and not just the negatives, which is generally when you hear from customers.

We received our tap today 19 March, and we are very pleased with the quality and the looks of the tap.  We were a little apprehensive about the colour Antique Bronze but we have made an excellent choice. 

A very good service received...ordered late on Sunday evening, full order delivered by midday Wednesday, by a very polite driver, on his first day of working for you. Over the last couple of months I have placed various orders with you. There have been difficulties my end with the builders and kitchen fitters and I have had to get back to you with several questions and some alterations to my orders. Each time, whether I have been talking to one of your guys on your Order team, or like today, a young lady in your Customer Relations team, the service has been absolutely fantastic ! They have both bent over backwards to help me ( as indeed were those delivering, who were charming and friendly ) Their product knowledge has been excellent and if / when they had to seek advice, they both were so polite, thorough and utterly charming – there really wasn’t anything more they could have done for me. They always called me back promptly when necessary and this morning, the young lady used her initiative when the phone line was so poor and looked up my home number from a previous order ( I hadn’t given it to her at this stage ) and called my wife and finalized the delivery arrangements wither – absolutely top class service – BUT THAT’S NOT ALL – having spoken to my wife, she called me back on my mobile to let me know what she had done and to ask if that was alright and if there was anything else she could do for us – QUITE OUTSTANDING IN THIS DAY AND AGE ! I am a director of a national company so appreciate greatly the value of a premium customer service and sales team. I also believe greatly in giving praise where it is due because it is shamefully so rare to experience this nowadays….so If you can track down the 2 guys I have dealt with, please give then a pat on the back – they are a credit to your company and your training.

As to the carrier: City Link, and its local carrier AJG, have always provided excellent service from anywhere in the UK to here (Inverness). Their network is extremely effiecient and they are about the only one who can do a reliable next day delivery, on occasions even same day from the Midlands. They also do not apply any surcharges, which pleases me greatly, as I refuse to buy from companies who use these vultures. Thanks again for the excellent service.  Best wishes.
