Sinks-Taps.com has just announced the launch of a new customer focused tracking system for all their Home Delivery vehicles, throughout the UK.
From the 1st May, Customer Service staff will be able to track in live time every delivery vehicle, no matter where they are in the UK. This fantastic new service uses state of the art GPRS technology and will mean customers wanting an update on their deliveries can be given accurate information in a matter of seconds.
Managing Director, Richard Broadbent commented ‘this is a major step forward in our ongoing pledge to offer our customers the very best in Customer Service. When most Companies are pulling back on Service due to the current economic climate, we are driving forward with our plans.
If a customer calls one of our team we can immediately give them accurate information, on the exact whereabouts of their delivery.
We are hoping to develop this technology in the near future to allow customers to track their deliveries, on screen, themselves! This would even allow customers to go out shopping and track the progress of the vehicle on their mobile phone!
